So we had a really nice trip set up to go back to Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood Florida, staying 3 comped nights in the guitar hotel, and unfortunately our family had its first Covid related death. My 85 year old uncle passed away this week, and the funeral is planned for the Friday we would be on our trip. I tried to just move the dates and then I was unable to be comped? After speaking to 4 different out sourced agents, I was not able to get any resolve, so we canceled the trip all together. I also tried to work with the Manager of the slot department and she wouldn’t budge on giving me permission to video even though Lady Luck HQ, the Big Jackpot, MG slots, and many others are allowed to do so. With all that has happened recently here in Houston Texas, if you don’t know, we spent 3 days without electricity and water because of some company who regulates our power decided to flip a switch and turn it off. It wasn’t much fun but we did survive but we just need a break. So I went to my old faithful MLIFE account and got free rooms at the ARIA in Las Vegas. Now they do charge resort fees so its not completely free but they claim I am saving $500+ in room rates so I’m grateful. So this will be Our second trip gambling in 2021, we will embrace it with an attitude of “Let’s have some fun!” I’m looking forward to seeing the new Circa Casino that just opened in Downtown Las Vegas. See what the new Resorts hotel is looking like, but mostly check out what Vegas is looking like after the pandemic. Lastly to check out the latest slot machine and hope that the gambling GODS will be kind to us. Wish us luck!!!!!
